ToDo Pro (the "App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use our mobile application.

ToDo Pro is designed to function primarily as a local-first application. We do not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use the App.

User Data: All tasks, titles, and descriptions you create are stored locally on your device using a secure local database (Room/SQLite).
Cloud Storage: This App does not currently sync your data to any external servers or cloud services. Your data remains on your physical device unless you choose to back it up via your Android device's standard backup system (if enabled).

2. Log Data

We do not collect any log data or usage statistics. The App does not track your activity, session duration, or device information.

3. Cookies and Tracking

This App does not use cookies or any third-party tracking pixels.

4. Service Providers

We do not employ any third-party companies or individuals due to the following reasons:

To facilitate our Service;
To provide the Service on our behalf;
To perform Service-related services; or
To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

We value your trust in providing us your personal data (locally), thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

This App does not contain links to other sites. If we ever include such links, please note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites.

7. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our records (though currently, no such information is collected at all).
